‘Tis the season to run around like a chicken with your head cut off. We here at Plenty thought we’d try to swim against that tide, and for December we are all about calm.
We will have some great tips on healthy eating for this season of excess. Our guest Roseanne Carrara will share a recipe for a healthy and filling winter salad that works equally well for a family meal or a pot luck party. Carol will be writing about working with a nutritionist for the first time as part of a project to make self-care a priority.
And, of course, since this is the season of many celebrations, we have to raise a glass of cheer! Beth-Anne will be writing about holiday wines to help us all with the spirit of the season, and Nathalie will have a recipe for a festive cocktail.
